Preferably the first step is to contact your therapist. If this does not lead to a satisfactory conclusion, you can always request a personal interview with the owner of the practice. If this does not have the desired effect, you can check our Procedure for Complaints to file an official complaint.

Prices charged

Do you have an additional insurance? M-Visio has contracts for (sport-)physiotherapy and manual therapy with all insurance companies. After your treatment we will send the claim straight to the insurance company. Be advised: manual therapy is often only partially repaid by the insurance company. Read the terms and conditions of your insurance carefully to find how many treatments you will be repaid for. For subscriptions, craniosacral therapy or in case you do not have an additional insurance, the prices will be charged as explained below.

Craniosacral therapy is covered by insurers as alternative care. The amount of the reimbursement differs per insurer/package. Please note: if you are insured for alternative care, this does not always mean that cranio is reimbursed. Here you will find an overview of the reimbursements per insurer for alternative care. 

Have you had physiotherapy, manual therapy or craniosacral therapy somewhere other than at M-Visio? Please check carefully how many treatments or which financial benefit you get reimbursed from your health insurance company.

For subscriptions for using the practise hall, for craniosacral therapy or when your insurance policy doesn’t cover your expenses, the rates below are applicable.
