A screening shows your health status and stress resilience. The screening is meant to help you practise your sporting activities in a safe and responsible way.
Screening is 'MOT’
It is important to have your body checked before you put any load or stress on it. You can compare it to a periodic motor vehicle test for your car. That needs to be fully checked so that you know what works and you get advice. The screening works basically the same.
A screening is a short check-up with a fixed routine. We start with an interview and after that we will perform a few tests. With these tests we will paint a picture of your physical agility, your stability and your strength, In the end of the tests you will receive an appropriate training advice. In this way you will prevent injury and you can work towards optimal sporting achievements.
When to do a screening?
We recommend a screening when you
- want to start a sporting activity
